The P.A.K.E.M.A Mentoring Club (PMC)
"Aspire to Inspire; Inspire to Aspire"
This is the first and baseline project of the P.A.K.E.M.A initiative that empowers Primary & High School students from the slums & remote rural areas by instilling Critical Thinking, Innovation, Leadership, & Entrepreneurial skills; promoting Change and Empowerment via Community Service, Volunteerism, Networking & Committed Mentorship. Our main goal is to have P.A.K.E.M.A Mentoring Club represented in every country across the globe. We envision enlightened, productive, peaceful, critical thinkers and well-rounded next generation of youths and leaders of our nations. This is meant to empower and let them know that the power lies deep within them and therefore ours is to help boost their light shine out. Therefore the P.A.K.E.M.A Mentoring Club (PMC) is one of our projects that collaborate with the schools identified both in Kenya and globally and we help them through initiation, establishment and implementation of PMC in their schools and colleges besides sharing the PMC Leadership & Guidelines Manual among other necessary resources as needed.

All the P.A.K.E.M.A Mentoring Clubs will be involved in empowering and challenging activities and workshops that are mainly aimed at enlightening both the Girl-child and Boy-child on issues pertaining to both, entrepreneurial, leadership, academics, critical thinking etc. and how they can be solution finders to problems experienced in their societies and the world. Even though we have regional ambassadors, we give the leadership of the club to ten responsible students with astounding leadership and academical performances as identified by the PMC teacher advisers from the respective PMC schools.
For the PMC Primary Schools, we also promote the global literacy-based penpal program in collaboration with the elementary and high schools within and abroad.
All our recruited P.A.K.E.M.A Mentors and Regional Ambassadors will go through initial training sessions that are aimed at introducing them to P.A.K.E.M.A and the P.A.K.E.M.A Mentoring Club goals, besides any other educational and PMentorship Curriculum related workshops.
