Our P.A.K.E.M.A Entrepreneurial Leadership Academy (P.E.L.A) is the Hub that will continuously provide young girls, women and youths in the communities we operate in, with the necessary skills and confidence to create more opportunities, to create new generation of entrepreneurial leaders, putting ideas into action. 



Main Objectives of the project:



1. Women are the driving force behind the development of the community; therefore, we shall also focus on promoting leadership and entrepreneurship among the women in the communities we operate in.

2. The P.A.K.E.M.A Youths who will be volunteering with us as P-Mentors.
